1. 住宿 & 用餐/Accomodation & Dining
The recommended hotel for invited speakers is Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Xihu, which should be booked before your arrival (Building B3, No. 600 Dunyu Road, Sandun Town, Xihu District, Hangzhou 310000).
Meals will be provided via paper meal vouchers, distributed at on-site registration on the first day of the event. The vouchers are accepted at all dining halls on Yungu Campus (C17, C18, C19, H5, and F7).
2. 摆渡车/Shuttle Bus
Three shuttle buses have been arranged for participants staying at the hotel. The buses will arrive at the hotel lobby each morning and depart for the venue on Yungu Campus in succession as they fill up. The arrival windows are listed below for your reference:
