Post-doc position in Zhennan Zhou’s Group, Institute for Theoretical Sciences Zhennan Zhou's primary research interests lie in the applied analysis of differential equations and stochastic models, as well as the design and analysis of numerical methods for scientific problems. These problems stem from diverse fields such as quantum mechanics, theoretical chemistry, and biology, and often involve multiscale phenomena. He particularly focuses on strategies related to model reduction and efficient simulation techniques. Additionally, he takes interest in selected data-driven research topics.

Postdoctoral position in Leihan Tang's Group, School of Science Our group focuses on basic principles and methodology development in the study of complex and biological systems. We are particularly interested in exploring mechanisms that lead to organized spatial-temporal behavior through model development, computation, and large-scale data analysis. Current research topics in the group include the emergence of order and modulation of system dynamics under adaptive interactions, droplet formation and wetting properties of multi-component protein condensates, learning dynamics in artificial neural networks, and epidemic spreading and control in spatially inhomogeneous populations. Our group is imbedded in the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies (CIS) that offers a vibrant academic atmosphere, innovative mindset, and fostering collaboration between theory, computation, experimental work, and artificial intelligence research.
